When you cancel, you will still get access to the site until the expiration of your current subscription term.
How do I update my billing information, credit card information, e-mail, or password?
You may also update your billing (including credit card) information, and your e-mail address/username, or your password by logging in and visiting your account management page.
How do I contact the processor that handle(s)(d) my transaction?
You can visit our processors' support pages at: CCBill | Epoch | NetBilling. Your original receipt e-mail also has links and other useful billing processor support information. How can I get technical support for login or streaming issues?

Please note that if you have multiple simultaneous, active sessions (such as leaving yourself logged in on a mobile device, and on a desktop browser, at the same time), you might experience issues with streaming permissions. If you've been logged in one a single session for more than 10 hours, you may need to log out then log back in to re-enable streaming. Because of some devices' and browsers' settings, it might be best to click the LOG OFF button, then re-logging in, as opposed to simply closing a browser window.
How do I know if my subscription is active, or when I'll rebill?
Simply visit your account management page to view a list of active subscriptions (if any). Active subscriptions will be listed along with pricing details, any discounts applied, and your next rebill or expiration date. You may click the Payment History link to view all past charges associated with your account, as well.
